A compact multi-day business itinerary bringing flights, accommodation, meetings and daily logistics into one place.

Demonstration project — created to show my workflow and capability. No client work or business results are being claimed.

The task

Prepare a concise business travel itinerary that lets an executive see transport, accommodation, meetings and key logistics without hunting through separate confirmations.

Itinerary structure

I grouped the trip by day, placed time-sensitive items first and kept essential references close to the activity they belong to.

Information I would verify before travel

  • Names exactly as shown on travel documents.
  • Flight times, terminals, baggage rules and check-in requirements.
  • Hotel address, check-in policy and cancellation terms.
  • Meeting addresses, local travel time and time-zone conversions.
  • Emergency contacts and important confirmation references.

What this demonstrates

Travel research, organization, scheduling, detail checking and the ability to compress scattered logistics into one usable document.
